Beer is a popular drink, particularly appreciated during the summer season. This ancient beverage made from water, malt, hops and yeast has, over the years, been adapted according to regions and traditions. It exists in many forms and for every taste: from white to dark beers, including flavoured, fruity or traditional varieties.

At La Vertueuse, we decided to embark on this adventure and create an artisanal brewery in Yssingeaux in order to offer you a range of craft beers that are local and, above all, organic, in keeping with our values.

The brewery.

It is in Yssingeaux, in Haute-Loire, the birthplace of our activity as artisan liqueur makers and of our crops, that we established our brewery. We invested in a building that was entirely designed and renovated for the production of our new products.

Diversifying also means discovering and learning new skills. This is how Sébastien, Anthony and Kévin became our specialists in craft beer. For months they tested our recipes and gradually perfected them. They trained in the art of brewing and mastered the subtleties of the equipment.

New products.

Six months after our big announcement , after weeks of construction, training and testing, the La Vertueuse organic craft beer range is now available.

Committed to always offering quality products, we work not only with French producers but also with raw materials from organic agriculture, just like our liqueurs, syrups and herbal teas.

Our organic craft beer range includes:

• A white beer with verbena , a traditional regional plant grown organically on the farm.
• A Pils blonde beer , enhanced with subtle hop notes.
• A white beer with delicate aromas of coriander, ginger and orange peel.
• An IPA beer, deliciously bitter and fruity.

Alongside all our products, you can find our organic craft beers in our shop in Yssingeaux, but also on our website or through our resellers .
