Liqueur de verveine maison

A regional specialty and emblematic plant, we chose to reinvent verbena by offering it in a more hop-forward beer. A beer that is half blonde, half wheat, brewed with fresh verbena leaves grown organically in Yssingeaux. A blend between a Belgian wheat beer and an English ale enhanced with floral verbena notes and a light roundness on the palate.
Very refreshing, our brewer recommends enjoying it chilled, especially during the summer.
