We have chosen to work with fresh, organic and above all seasonal fruits. February is the month of lemons — it is also the time when the famous Lemon Festival takes place in Menton.

Our lemons come directly from the producer. Perfectly ripe, they are peeled by hand. We carefully remove the zest using a peeler and keep it for our artisanal lemon liqueur — this is the secret behind its wonderfully fresh aroma!

Best enjoyed ice-cold at the end of a meal, or poured over ice cream for the most indulgent among you, this sunny liqueur will awaken your taste buds with its natural acidity!

And since nothing goes to waste here, once the lemons are peeled we use their pulp to produce our artisanal lemon syrup. The pulp is blended to obtain pure lemon juice that gives the syrup all its flavour.

Hot bottling of the syrup is the key to longer preservation.

The recipe is simple: from the most refreshing version (one part syrup to seven parts water) to the most indulgent (three parts syrup to seven parts water) — you’re the chef!
